Founded in 2002, Tableaux® is a leading provider of custom architectural panels and decorative panel solutions, created by a Colombian-American artist and a German-Brazilian engineer. Inspired by traditional openwork designs discovered through global travel, they set out to recreate old-world architectural patterns using modern materials and techniques.
Starting in a garage in Austin, Texas, the founders developed an innovative process for cutting intricate geometric designs and pioneered the signature “Faux Iron” finish, replicating the look of wrought iron with lightweight materials.
By 2010, Tableaux expanded into a 17,500 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and built a strong network of residential resellers across the U.S. and Canada. In 2012, the company entered the commercial market and broadened its offerings beyond Faux Iron to include Veneer, Elements, and Metal architectural panels, establishing Tableaux as a versatile solution for both interior and exterior design applications.
